We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

To qualify for a return:

A proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required
Returns that don’t meet these conditions won’t be accepted.
• How to Start a Return
Email support@aeonclo.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions and the return address.

• Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@aeonclo.com, and we’ll fix it immediately.

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get the right item, please return the original and place a new order after your return is approved.
• EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union, you’re entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Item must be returned in original condition with tags and proof of purchase.
• Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
